We accept returns within 36 hours of delivery only in cases of:
- Wrong product, damaged, or defective items.
- The product must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
- Must be starting from the outer package being opened — no cuts or edits.
⚠️ No returns will be accepted without an unboxing video.
🔽 Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only for approved return cases (wrong or damaged product), after verification.
💰 Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the product.
- Prepaid orders: Refunded to the original payment method

🔽 Why is an Opening Video Required?
Due to courier fraud and parcel mishandling, a complete unboxing video (from sealed parcel to product) is compulsory.
It protects you and us, and helps us resolve genuine issues quickly and fairly.
